Vashon Park District has partnered with the Vashon Senior Center, in order to provide programming to our more experienced islanders.
Enhance Fitness – Increase Energy -- Brighten Life
Fitness instructor, Mo Brulet gets blood flowing, hearts pumping and muscles working in this musical fitness class Monday, Wednesday and Friday, at 12:45pm to 1:45pm at Ober Park. Each class lasts one hour and members of Group Health Medicare Part A & B can participate for free. Others pay by session, depending on the number of classes in a quarter. Senior Center members pay $35; non-members $42 for 15 classes. Punch cards are available for 10 classes at $37.50. Sign up at the Vashon Senior Center, 10005 SW Bank Rd., 463-5173.
